Meet Nisha

Nisha Lee-Archibald has 23 years of experience in marketing with multiple organizations in diverse industries. Her thorough understanding of the value of integrated marketing strategies and plans has fostered growth with companies where she offered her expertise.

Nisha Lee-Archibald possesses a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of New Brunswick with concentrations in Marketing and Human Resource Management, an Associate in Science Degree-Management from UWI School of Applied Studies, professional qualifications in Events Marketing from UWI School of Continuing Studies – Open Campus, Marketing Planning from the Chartered Institute of Marketing CIM. She has also completed her postgraduate diploma with the Australia Institute of Business.

Her professional experience included the management of major projects such as promotional campaigns, trade shows, corporate events, and media management.  She worked with Medcorp Limited in the capacity of Group Marketing and Public Relations Manager which afforded her the experience of working with the Caribbean region.  With the responsibility to organize corporate events and promotional activities in countries such as St. Kitts and Nevis, Barbados, and Grenada.  She also enjoyed the privilege of working with multinational corporations such as Microsoft where she served in the first instance as Public Relations/Customer Partner Experience Country Coordinator which broadens her cultural acumen from traditional business models to other business philosophies.

Microsoft once again reached out to Ms. Archibald where she served another three years stint managing Consumer Device Sales for the English-speaking Caribbean, French West Indies, and Dutch West Indies. This opportunity also allowed her to crease increase appreciation for technology and online services while opening a new world of doing business through live meetings and video conferencing.

Ms. Archibald’s excellent organizational and time management skills have allowed her to thrive and be successful in highly demanding environments. The high degree of deadline-driven deliverables is the lifeblood that keeps are always on point.

Evolving Marketing Concepts was founded on July 28, 2009, by Nisha Lee-Archibald with the vision of helping companies meet and exceed the expectations of their customers through customer engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty.
